The Winnie Set is a two-piece pattern featuring a cropped top and tiered skirt.
The top has an elastic neckline and waist for an easy, comfortable fit, perfect for pulling on and off without any fastenings. Choose between two sleeve options: a simple hem for a relaxed look, or elastic cuffs for that adorable puff-sleeve style. Add the optional bow for an extra touch!
The skirt features two tiers with the option to add a double ruffle if you want even more frill and flair.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS
Designed for light to medium weight woven fabric..
Meterage below is based on fabric that is 112cm (44″) wide. Please allow extra fabric if you would like to match stripes or patterns.

ELASTIC REQUIREMENTS
This pattern requires 1 piece of 6mm (1/4”) braided elastic for VIEW 1 & 2.
This pattern requires 1 piece of 2cm (3/4”) of knitted elastic for VIEW 1 & 2
This pattern requires 2 pieces of 2cm (3/4”) of knitted elastic for VIEW 2
This pattern requires 1 piece of 2cm (3/4”) of knitted elastic for VIEW 3 & 4.
BIAS BINDING REQUIRED FOR VIEW 1 & 2
This pattern requires 1 piece of 12mm (1/2”) single fold bias binding for VIEW 1 & 2. This can be store bought or homemade.
